   2007 ORS § 133.853¹
Construction of Act

ORS 133.743 (Definitions for ORS 133.743 to 133.857) to 133.833 (Application for requisition) and 133.839 (Immunity from civil process in certain civil cases) to 133.855 (Short title) shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act. [Formerly 147.270]
