Application of ORS 165.555

ORS 165.555 (Unlawful telephone solicitation of contributions for charitable purposes) does not apply to solicitations on behalf of hospitals or of nonprofit organizations organized and operated exclusively for religious, scientific, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. [1973 c.473 §2]
