Display of sign concerning sale of smoking devices

(1) Any person who sells any of the smoking devices listed in ORS 163.575 (Endangering the welfare of a minor) (1)(e) shall display a sign clearly stating that the sale of such devices to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by law.

(2) Any person who violates this section commits a Class B violation. [1981 c.838 §2; 1999 c.1051 §155]
