Effect of revocation

If a designation of beneficiary is revoked under ORS 107.121 (Revocation of designation of beneficiary upon entry of judgment), the designation of beneficiary must be given effect as if the spouse or the relative of the spouse had predeceased the principal. [2005 c.285 §4]
