postal service

"Postal Service" means the United States Postal Service. [1999 c.920 §1]

Note: 164.160 (Definitions), 164.162 (Mail theft or receipt of stolen mail) and 164.164 (Defense in prosecution under ORS 164.162) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 164 or any series therein by legislative action.
