official

"Official" means an individual authorized by the Oregon State Athletic Commission to perform duties as assigned by the commission. "Official" includes, but is not limited to, a referee, judge, timekeeper, inspector or ringside physician or other assigned medical personnel.

"Official" means any of the following:

(a) An individual who is or was a director or officer of the credit union; or

(b) An individual who is or was a member of a credit union's credit committee or supervisory committee.
